DeFiancy was organically established from a group of DeFi investors that worked together to advance their investment thesis and strategy. In a mastermind of engineers, technical analysts, NFT investors, entrepreneurs and crypto enthusiasts, the idea was presented to build a company with multiple areas of expertise to help others learn how to be their own bank, identify current and future narratives, and build decentralized applications and organizations. We believe the future is decentralized, community owned, and self governed. Our goal is to help clients grow in their understanding and application of the future through consulting, online courses, and live events.
Kevin Mohler is a serial entrepreneur who built six companies exceeding $100 million in combined revenue before the age of 30. As Co-Founder and President of DeFiancy, he brings over 15 years of experience in business consulting, financial education, and entrepreneurship.
Kevin is also the Co-Founder of the American Autism & Rehabilitation Center, a full-service facility supporting autistic children and their families, and the founder of Strategic Life Design, a global coaching and consulting firm. He holds certifications as a Certified Risk Management Consultant and Certified Employee Benefit Specialist, and has completed an MBA Certificate from the Augment Program, an entrepreneurship curriculum taught by the founders of YouTube, Wikipedia, Waze, and Shazam.
A globally recognized professional speaker, Kevin has delivered over 600 keynote presentations to audiences of up to 14,000 across corporations, executive boards, and business organizations worldwide. He has shared the stage with Robert Kiyosaki, Grant Cardone, Daymond John, and Jack Canfield, and has been featured in Success From Home Magazine and Home Business Connection.

Andrew Taylor is the Co-Founder of DeFiancy and a software and electrical engineer with a degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He began his career as a Software Engineer and Electrical Engineer before dedicating himself full-time to blockchain infrastructure and decentralized application development.
With over five years of hands-on experience as a Blockchain Analyst and Developer, Andrew brings deep technical expertise in blockchain architecture, Layer 2 solutions, and decentralized protocol design. He has conducted graduate-level research and competed in IEEE engineering competitions, placing in the top three at the SoutheastCon Hardware Competition.
At DeFiancy, Andrew leads the technical vision — helping clients understand and build on the infrastructure of tomorrow’s financial system.
